TOT status is reserved for the top less than 1% of MDRT members — individuals who achieve six times the base MDRT production requirement in a single year through commissions, premiums, or fees. This accomplishment reflects an extraordinary level of client trust, professional expertise, and consistent excellence.

TOT members are recognized not only for their outstanding performance, but also for their thought leadership, commitment to ethical standards, and contribution to the advancement of the financial services industry. COT (Court of the Table) is a prestigious level of recognition within the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the global association of top-performing financial professionals. It is awarded to advisors who achieve exceptional results in serving their clients’ financial and insurance needs. COT is a step above MDRT, requiring advisors to achieve 3 times the base MDRT production requirement in commissions, premiums, or fees within a year.
